What this means is that instead of promoting a post to just your fans, you can go a level deeper and reach their friends too (just by checking a box)!

  3. Decide on how many people you want to promote a post to
  4. Check the box that says promote to friends of fans

BIG news this week from Facebook. They launched the ability to promote Facebook posts to a much broader audience. What this means is that Facebook Page owners who have more than 400 fan, will see an option at the bottom of their post that says “promote.”
