One thing I like best is that while most contact forms give you generic categories, their forms are a lot more in-depth. For example, subject: Pinterest’s New Look.

If you didn’t find your answer to your Pinterest questions using the resources listed above, another way to contact Pinterest is to send them a tweet @pinterest.

When sending a tweet to @pinterest, if your question is related to an issue with the site, be sure to include the hashtag, #pinteresthelp. This way your question get’s answered.

The last resort to contact Pinterest is through the Pinterest Facebook page. Here, you can post on their wall or send them a message. Remember, you don’t always get notified when someone sends you a Facebook message. You may have to go back and periodically check your Facebook profile.

  • Donna Kingston

I have been on Pinterest for about a year now and LOVE it! I am writing to bring something to your attention that I don’t know that you are aware of. In the process of looking for directions on how to sew a pocket on a t-shirt, I was brought to a site titled, “FUCK YEAH DIY” . I am deeply offended. My granddaughters use your site and I am sure I am not the only person offended. I would hate to not have this site available to me, I use it all the time. But, I will ask my friends, write to American Family and talk to anyone that will listen to not use this site until we can be comfortable with what we and our children will find. What is next…PORN???

  • Renee Jones

My email on Pinterest is obsolete. I need to change it. I am being told to go to my profile and I cannot find it on website all it shows is my log in name which pulls up nothing about my profile settings

    • Christian Karasiewicz

You have to first login to your Pinterest account. From there, click on the gear icon. You should see a profile option and a settings option to make these changes.

  • Christine Richens

My problem is when I try to move a section from one board to another board, the section is not moving, and on the odd occasion that they do move, they remain in the old board, they are not automatically deleted. Thanks for your help, in advance. Chris
